Our Facilities:

Indoor-

Event Center
This large facility can fit up to 350 people in theater style seating, and 200 dining.
It is perfect for large group activities, assemblies, lectures and conferences. It features adjustable stage arrangements, sound system, and other amenities.

Carol Burke Student Lounge
The Student Lounge is perfect for informal gatherings, receptions, small banquets, and other occasions that require an elegant yet flexible setting. The lounge is available in the evening and on weekends.

Outdoor-

Courtyard
This small yet beautiful outdoor area is surrounded by trees and flowers creating a breathtaking background for any event. This area can accommodate a small reception with standing room for 50 guests or dining for 30 guests.

Union Meadow
This open grass area is the perfect location for an outdoor reception, dinner or ceremony of up to 200.  Located in the heart of our beautiful campus a backdrop of lakes, trees and fountains, this location creates the perfect setting.

Package and Pricing:

In order to best fit the needs of any special event we have created the following package:

Special Events Package:

  • Use of the Event Center for up to 6 hours
  • Chairs
  • Tables (Rounds or Rectangular)
  • An Event Coordinator to advise you throughout the Planning Stages
  • An Event Manager on staff throughout the duration of your event
  • Security for 4 hours
  • Guest Parking
  • All Setup & Break Down
  • Special Event Insurance

Package Price:  $ 1,500.00

Ala Carte Pricing

Event Center—$125.00 per hour

Student Lounge—$100.00 per hour

Courtyard - $75.00 per hour

Lakeside Room—$40.00 per hour

Warrior Room—35.00 per hour

Stanislaus Room—$20.00 per hour
