For Example
"Initial Remote Site Folder" In this field I have typed the directory name of OIT (located on the WWWLAN Server) and the folder WebSite_Development located in the OIT directory. Entering this information, as shown above, will create a direct access to the last folder noted, "WebSite_Development", whenever I access the WWWLAN Server using the OIT Web Server "Profile Name". (Note: the "/" used in between each directory and folder name must be included, as shown in the startup window above.)

"Initial Local Folder" In this field I have typed in my computers' hard drive and the path leading to my Web-Projects folder located on my computer DESKTOP: C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP\Web-Projects. Entering this information, as shown above, will create a direct access to my Web-Projects folder where I choose to keep all of my web related data. (Note: the "\" used in between each directory and folder name must be included, as shown in the startup window above.)

6. After all the information has been filled in and carefully spell checked, click OK. This will bring up the "Password" window requesting a password entry.

7. Your "Password" is your existing password used for your Stan account. If your password is not working please contact Jurgen 'Rudy' Bolz at X-3851 or E-mail

9. To transfer files from/to the "Local System" to/from the "Remote Site" you must select the document or folder and choose the appropriate arrow to direct the data transfer. If data is to be transferred to a residing folder, the folder must first be opened and then the data can be transferred to that folder.
